We photographed their wedding a couple of years ago, and were absolutely thrilled to have the opportunity to do their maternity session this past weekend. We are waiting anxiously as the baby is due today…

Amanda looks fabulous-which is not surprising since she was in a triathlon when she was 13 weeks along!!

When we were setting up the photo with the baby shoes the baby kicked quite vigorously and knocked the shoes down. It was quite funny, and very good timing : )

We shot these very early in the morning at the Indian Dunes. It was a beautiful day, and I was so impressed with Jaime’s willingness to walk up the dunes, and try anything. It can be strenuous to walk up those sand hills- especially being pregnant with twins. Doesn’t she look awesome!!!

They are both so warm and friendly, and we had a lot of fun that day.

These images were taken just a few days ago in the Chicagoland area. The session was an amazing mix of beautiful, perfect light, excellent locations within her home and of course-a lovely, glowing woman whose face the camera loved.

One of my favorites is the bathtub shot. As I was looking around her place for ideas, I walked past the bathroom and looked into the room, saw all the white in the claw foot tub, walls, shower curtain and outside door. I knew in a hearbeat what I wanted to do and I LOVE the images that we got.

She is due anyday now and we wish her all the best. I look forward to photographing her baby in a few weeks!

These were taken in Chicago just a few weeks before the baby is due-which means anytime now.

Kendria is such a natural beauty and really has that special maternity glow surrounding her, that she made my job easy. Plus the fact that she and Timi were so sweet.
